Privileged Access Manager (PAM) Technical Administrator - Referral
Misiune
We will rely on you to:
· Perform installation and configuration management on production and non-production environments for products related to Symantec PAM project (PAM 4.1.2, PAM Server Control 14.1)
· Perform tuning and monitoring for Access management apps, update, and patch infrastructure on production and non-production environments
· Perform installation and patching for Solarwinds NPM application
· Recover various apps during incidents to meet targeted SLAs
· Contribute to problem and root cause analysis, and make suitable recommendations for corrective action plans
· Create and maintain technical documents such as knowledge base articles and FAQs in Confluence
Profil
What you need to have:
· Knowledge on PAM systems (PAM 4.1.2, PAM Server Control 14.1)
· Knowledge on administering technologies (SQL, API Management)
· Experience with shell scripting and administering Linux systems
· Experience with monitoring tools integration (CheckMK/Nagios, Splunk, Elastic Search, Prometheus)

· Experience in administering PAM systems
· Experience with virtualization and containerization (VMware, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes)
· Knowledge of Agile methodology
· Ability to work under pressure, capable of meeting deadlines
