Process Architect (banking - Client Management & Accounts)

Mission – Your Impact:


  • Design, model and document business processes using workflow diagrams, written procedures and specific process architecture methodology;

  • Create process and procedure documentation;

  • Contribute to the content creation and maintenance of the bank’s Process Architecture;

  • Be part of the bank’s IT and non-IT projects and contribute with specific process deliverables;

  • Work with multiple process stakeholders (often with competing/conflicting objectives) in order to ensure cohesive and reachable measure of process success.

  • Identify impacts and linkages to the business strategies, organization and its people with the processes.


What are we looking for?

·         Banking/Financial Services relevant experience with Client Management, Accounts and Treasury expertise; 2 year experience

·         Attention to details, organized and structured;

·         Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements;

·         Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business process and automated solution designs;

·         Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to non-technical audience;

·         A working knowledge of banking industry business processes and ability to understand new processes;

·         Ability to envisage hot optimization and automation that will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be;

·         An understating of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram;

·         The ability to organize and categorize processes, process concepts and see relationship between them; envisage and embrace a method of explaining them/presenting them to the involved departments;

A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team;
