Responsibilities

Your mission:


As a Procurement & Sourcing Manager you will manage the procurement and sourcing department at the level of SG ESB.


Your role in a nutshell:

  • Design and implement procurement & sourcing policies and procedures at the level of SG EBS;
  • Maintain and ensure alignment in purchasing procedures, developing functional links in place locally with SG and at Paris Central team level;
  • Manage the procurement and the relationship with the internal and external vendors of the company;
  • Ensure that the process of searching for vendors and selection of offers assure the completion of internal needs at the best ratio time-quality-price;
  • Coordination of the purchase-to-payment process in an efficient manner, respecting internal norms, competency levels, leveraging on the ERP flows in place;
  • Identify, assess and propose mitigations actions for suppliers with high risk together with Compliance;
  • Takes part of the new products/new business project;
  • Coordinate & ensure compliant collection of documents related to vendors invoicing for fiscal deductibility purposes; Ensure Department archiving procedure is maintained at best standards,
  • Coordinate the vendor contract management activities;
  • Take the ownership for organising the related internal & SG Committees (Procurement/Sourcing);
  • Prepare related reports and KPI’es;
  • Ensure the Management of the Business Trip activity, leveraging on the digital processes in place, generate the proper Reports of activity;
  • Support the integration of new activities/lines of business.

 


Profile Required

A little about You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics or similar relevant fields;
  • You have at least 10 years previous working experience in procurement area;
  • You have at least 4 years of managerial experience;
  • You have a multinational and multicultural experience;
  • You are advanced in english (written and spoken), French is a plus;
  • You are proficient in Microsofi Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • You have a stong autonomy, reliability and good interpersonal skills;
  • You are focused on the quality of services provided to internal clients;
  • You have strong organizational and coordination skills.
