Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Support senior product managers to launch new cash management products and services to support business growth, to manage a full range of cash and liquidity management products (e.g.: payment, collection, E-banking, cash pooling, working capital loan, overdraft, etc.), to collect client’s feedbacks, to monitor competitors’ offerings, and to support Sales on products/solutions marketing and promotion.
Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks:
Launch New Product
- In response business request and market needs, initiate and launch new products to facilitate business growth
- Lead and monitor new product process to make sure products are validated by all stakeholders and delivered as plan
- Continuously improve products and services by collecting feedback from Sales and other business partners, monitoring market trend and key competitors’ offerings.
Support Business Growth
- Support Sales to offer cash management solutions, to answer RFP or RFI, and to provide trainings and immediate support to Sales/MO team and other FOs
- Work with team to drive cash management business growth, both onshore & offshore
- Provide timely and proactive innovative proposal and advisory to management and Sales to cater for market trend
Product & Process Improvement
- Work with business partners in developing, maintaining, and improving all payments, collections, and delivery channel products on an on-going basis
- Review and update product marketing materials, internal procedures, pricing guidelines, and other necessary internal and external documentations
- Implementing Product Life Cycle concept in product development and management for the full suite of cash management products, including product guidelines, training, and on-going support
Conduct, Compliance and Risk
- Comply with Code of Conduct as well as other applicable laws and local regulations, internal policies, compliance rules and procedures
- Take responsibility to report any incidents, suspicious and fraud cases according to bank incident report mechanism/whistle blowing/ escalation requirement immediately.
- Maintain a high level of personal integrity and uphold the bank's ethical standard both in professional activities and personal conduct.
Profile required
Academic Background (Degree and major) :
- University graduate (Master graduate preferred) in the discipline of international trade, finance, business administration, economics, or computer science.
Working Experience / Technical Skills & Know how):
- At least 1~2 years banking experience
Language Skills
- Strong communication skills and fluent oral and written English
Computer Skill
- Solid computer skill preferred; Good at Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.)
