Product Manager & Product Owner - Global Transaction Banking - SG Bank (Mumbai)
Job Summary :
Under supervision from the Head of Global Transaction Banking India, support the Product Management objectives and functions as well as the IS Transformation Project for Global Transaction Banking - Payments & Cash Management:

Main Responsibilities :
1. Product Manager:
- Preparing client pitchbooks for new products and solutions to support sales teams.
- Attending client meetings with sales team for discussions/marketing of new products and solutions
- Dealing with clients for the implementation aspects
- Dealing with internal stakeholders e.g. legal, compliance, risk and operations functions to implement the solutions and safeguard the bank’s interests
- Dealing with external service providers e.g. platform providers, audit firms
- Providing training to sales, middle office and back office teams on new products and solutions
2. Product Owner:
- Product and Process Owner
- Represents the Front to Back Cash Management Business Value Chain in the Project’s working streams.
- Coordinates and optimizes the project contribution of the FO and MO experts to the project
- Work with IT Business Analysts as the Product Owner, representing the Front to Back Business. This will include
a. Discussing with GTB India Head on the requirements and prioritization of requests
b. Communicating with IT business analysts on the requirements and agreeing on the planning of work
- Ability to discuss with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes to meet objectives for new products and solutions
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders including external parties to implement new products and solutions
- Ability to work with information and IT tools to organise and analyse data, produce presentations and reports, and provide recommendations.
