  • Should have 12-15 years of  work experience MBA/ Master’s degree of which at least 10 years of experience in leading, devising, implementing and evaluating complex organizational change programs is desired across organizations
  • Experience and knowledge of organization change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrate structured thinking to problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others
  • Experience in Digital and Agile Transformations at scale
  • Experience in IT organization and process development
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, a confident and convincing manner
  • Distinct client and results orientation, Team spirit, communication and presentation skills, and mental agility
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel
