Responsibilities

Promote management efficiency and fluidity within the CF Exco by driving operational and planning processes to completion in partnership with the Exco

Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial control - Lead budget planning and forecasting and resource management. H/C / FTE Reporting (staff evolution, forecast and budget, productivity analysis), Monthly financial review with Finance, Variance analysis of budget v/s actual. Coordinate with MSUs of each BL and Finance team and ensure all relevant data are provided, updated and validated in a timely manner

Risk Management: Coordinate with the GSC ORM team for all Risk related reports and incidents, BCM team for all BCP and BCM related topics

Own and continuously improve CF’s operating cadence (e.g. weekly Exco meetings, leadership offsites) connects with other support functions). Enhance the effectiveness of key meetings with stakeholders, steercos and sponsor meets through prior anticipation and preparation

Liaise with other Corporate/Support functions, i.e. GTS, Admin for seating or transport once normalcy returns

Develop presentations and communications to help build CF Identity. Leads the preparation and production of executive presentations, including team meetings, internal and external speaking engagements, off sites, and events.

Drives internal communications strategy including CF focused emails, websites, newsletters and videos to increase Employee engagement and Cross functional collaboration

Planning and leading Offsites and other special events. Managing all communication for CF within GSC IN & RO and the common communication with the CF Leadership team, Manager community and staff.

Collaborate with the CF HRBPs on Staff Engagements, planning and execution of various events and initiatives

Prepare upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the CF Head has all the information, sending out agendas or documents to meeting attendees as necessary

Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large across CF BLs. Consistently evaluate CF’s priorities and organize information to facilitate decision making for CF Excos

Accelerate and enhance Peer & cross-departmental relationships and team collaboration

Look for opportunities for external collaboration and participation for the CF Head and CF Exco

Managing all communication for CF within GSC IN & RO and the common communication with the CF Leadership team, Manager community and staff

Coordinate with various transversal functions across GSC IN & RO for the needs of CF

Coordinate with the MSU’s of other BL’s on all transversal topics, i.e Inputs for Performance review, Landing plan to Finance, Risk metrics & BCM with ORM

Assist the COO/CoS in setting the CF strategic priorities: Helping the CF Head identify the areas needing maximum focus and identifying metrics for success. Revisiting regularly and evaluating progress

Manage a good working relationship with the COO/CoS for CF and partner with the COO/CoS to ensure the right level of management oversight for all key functions is delivered and managed

Support with the visits of senior stakeholders when normalcy returns. Maintain links with the external ecosystem relevant for CF

Profile required

  • Well qualified with ~ 15 years of experience in consulting firms / MNC GICs
  • Deep understanding of SG Group, SG BU/SU and SG culture
  • Ability to combine empathy with strong result orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders and senior peers
  • Capability to coach and advise senior managers on multiple business topics
  • Preferably, having managed the office of a senior level executive in a GIC
  • Very strong stakeholder and staff engagement skills
  • Problem solving and solutioning skills
  • Proven ability of aligning and balancing multiple objectives and goals which can sometimes seem octagonal to each other
  • Must enjoy challenges and ambiguity (almost making it an ‘anti fragile’ quality)
  • Previous experience in integrating diverse teams of senior managers and creating a culture of open communication and decision making is key
  • Influencing skills of the highest order
  • Ability to represent senior level executives in any forum of the Group or externally
