Responsibilities

About the role
• Role of Organizational Culture and Effectiveness role is to ensure all strategic programs, policies and actions are well received by all staff in the organization The role will need to ensure all staff in organization are aligned to the organization strategy, while studying the impact on overall culture and effectiveness of the organization. The Lead should have clear understanding of the organizational objectives and should be able to translate these into understandable goals for staff across the organization. The role will manage annual, quarterly and monthly organizational health-check processes to ensure employee engagement is optimised. The primary responsibility will be creating and managing organizational culture strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of organization strategy and vision

Profile Required

Role Description
• Design, lead and deliver solutions that enable business readiness and people side of change for technology, process and organizational initiatives
• Execute and facilitate communication at all levels of the organization to set expectations and maintain alignment with organizational goals
• Developing change management approaches and strategies, performing stakeholder assessments and interviews, leadership and employee engagement, organizational alignment, and training planning
• Build employee trust and ensure cascade of organizational goals and ensure alignment.
• Develop and execute inventive messages and tactics that engage a diverse employee base through Campaigns that are inspiring and engaging
• Support the design, development, delivery and measure relevant communications by provide communications guidance to diverse groups within the organization;
• Provides guidance and counseling to people leaders and employees to maximize employees, leaders and organizational effectiveness
• Proactively builds relationships with people leaders and the HR team to help drive successful people strategies and programs
• Evaluates current workplace culture and norms, develops and implements strategies that ensure an effective working environment aligned with company’s goals and objectives. Applies best practices to improve organizational effectiveness
• Proactively build and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders
