Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Usual project management activities :

• Coordination of IT teams - facilitation

• Roadmap elaboration

• Budget follow-up

• Hosting regular follow-up meetings with business and IT stakeholders

• Reporting to the GPO/sponsor : budget use, roadmap, alerts & arbitrations requests whenever necessary

• Reporting to the project director

• Monthly reporting (PRIME tool)

• Contribution to operational committees and steering committees

2. Specific activities / expectations :

• Organization of PI plannings with Bangalore feature teams working on PnL value chain (one or several preparation sessions with GPO & AMs & POs + final arbitration with GPO)

• Organization of sync sessions with Bangalore feature teams to present the content of each PI and give visibility to teams on the yearly expectations & roadmap

• Contribution to :

• Gathering of PnL value chain feature team’s actuals and remainings

• Helping of PnL feature teams with their forecasting

Profile required

Experience level :

Minimum of 8 to 12 years’ experience in Project Management.

With previous significant experience in projects management or project coordination.

High level of autonomy
Strong assertiveness - the project manager should be able to :

generate commitment on business and IT s
