Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Technical know-how on IT infrastructure (Workstations, Servers, Storage & Backup, Network Devices, etc.) implementation and enhancement on enterprise levels.
  • Tool implementation and automation experiences in large IT infrastructure domain.
  • Proven expertise in large IT infrastructure transformation projects and programs.
  • Managing numerous complex projects with various priorities and stakeholders at organization level.
  • Manage team of professionals and technical specialists in completing mid-scale projects or work streams of large scale, long-term projects.
  • Manages cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results.
  • Responsible for defining, planning, tracking KPIs for enterprise projects alongside meeting objectives.
  • Organize, monitor, and oversee one or more projects to meet defined requirements or business specifications. Ensure appropriate governance, stakeholder involvement throughout the life of the project.
  • Lead & manage end to end development/maintenance and support Negotiate the performance of activities with team members and their managers if operating in a matrix environment.
  • Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors, keeping them stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ability to foresee risks and arriving at proactive mitigations ensuring no business impacts.
  • Adaptable to the organizational culture and ability to persuade the team & stakeholders.
  • Ability to optimize and improve the processes and overall approach wherever necessary.
  • Excellent conflict management and team management skills.

Skills:

  • Self-driven individual with effective oral and written business communication.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, preferably in banking perimeter.
  • Proven expertise with IT infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise on asset lifecycle management would be an additional advantage.

Profile Required

  • Minimum 5 years of IT MNC Project management experience with domain proficiency in Banking.
  • Proven proficiency in SAFe Agile ways along with Waterfall methodology of management both on Infra and apps preferred.
