The role incumbent as Manager will be responsible for the supervision of ESG analysts performing comprehensive client/counterparty risk assessment of Large Global Organizations, propose internal risk rating, and submit a written opinions for Structuring teams in Paris. The role also involves ensuring quality is achieved as expected for assigned portfolio. Delivering the strategy of the Business Lines and Coverage. Coordinating the various contributions of GTPS ESG program / ESG-related projects and initiatives in which GTPS is involved (reporting and regulatory watch, data management, internal and external communication topics, transformation processes, implementation of relevant taxonomies, portfolio mapping, etc.)
On the IT development side: Implement framework or best practices on digital transformation in the assigned engagements. Evaluate the outcome of transformation through ROI (Data driven approach) or other valid performance indicators. Build reusable templates, framework and documentation for the team. Contribute to the strategic and economic pre-defined goals of the department.
Academic background and certifications, experience
Good understanding of banking products and the financial industry
Ability in project or transversal topics will be positively considered in this role
Ability to manage and facilitation project
