Au sein de département, des responsables de projet, maîtrises d’ouvrage ou responsables d’application sont en charge de piloter directement les outils AML/CFT. Il s’agit principalement d’outils de gestion des alertes AML/CFT (Transaction Monitoring Tool) ou d’outils Groupe (TALKS, TALKS repository, ABS, scenario repository, NNI).

Concrètement, vous serez amené(e) à:

  • Responsable, ou assistant à responsable de projet d’un outil AML/CFT :
    • Etude d’opportunité et de faisabilité ;
    • Pilotage de la phase de mise en production avec les utilisateurs et les équipes IT ;
    • Pilotage budgétaire ;
    • Assurance qualité ;
    • Préparation et animation des comités opérationnels et de pilotage
  • Maîtrise d’ouvrage, ou assistant à maîtrise d’ouvrage :
    • Anticipation et coordination des besoins utilisateurs ;
    • Définition des processus utilisateurs ;
    • Rédaction du cahier des charges ;
    • Pilotage des tests utilisateurs ;
    • Rédaction des procédures et du guide utilisateurs ;
    • Change management et formation.
  • Product owner de l’outil :
    • Coordination des besoins utilisateurs, animation des utilisateurs ;
    • Gestion du catalogue, priorisation, suivi des mises en œuvre ;
    • Suivi de la qualité avec l’équipe IT ;
    • Préparation et animation du comité de pilotage de l’outil.

Profile required

  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projets sur la mise en place ou la maintenance d’outils ;
  • Connaissances générales des métiers et produits de la banque ;
  • Rigueur, capacité d’organisation et autonomie ;
  • Bon relationnel, aptitude à communiquer ;
  • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Bon niveau rédactionnel ;
  • Français et Anglais courant ;
  • Capacité de coordination avec différentes parties prenantes ;
  • Autonomie et sens de l’organisation (gestion des priorités et des délais).
