•    Project management with a data / end-2-end data flow focus.
•    To support the CDO & data strategy lead on the deployment of data transformation initiatives.
•    Projects experience with control design, process re-engineering (related to data)
•    Promote data driven culture by assisting with initiatives pertaining to culture transformation
•    Develop expertise in the data management 
•    Help take lead in project management / change management for data strategy.
•    Help to develop a data culture within GBIS Asia
•    Close collaboration with head office to align busines / support models on solution implementation
•    To perform business analysis with different departments bank wide to understand the current process and approach target processes

Profile required

• 5 years+ experience in running project management; change leader with end-2-end projects are plus
• Strong stakeholder co-ordination, collecting of user requirements, business analysis and solution management
• Have good understanding of modern data analytics, cloud computing (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS etc)
• Knowledge in Data Management a plus.
• Some consultation expertise / business analysis expertise and supporting the solution designs
• Pro-active mindset to think outside the box; self-motivated to reach out to market / industry to identify new innovative data ideas into the bank
• Knowledge in Agile / Six sigma type of process methodolgy
• Change agent who are willing to break barriers / silo to drive end results will be successful for this role.

Department Description

GBSU/DAT oversees the Data management office in Asia, advise on the methodology and process, accompany project managers to leverage on GBIS data capabilities to deliver new capabilities to improve risk management, efficiency, client interaction or business development.

In the past few years data management is a key agenda for most organsiations, with the view that it will a game changer on business value and new business models. Data Management in Asia supports the Asia Chief Data officer and Chief Architect to drive the data strategy of being a data driven organisation.
