Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities -

  • Define, lead and coordinate the work of the project management teams in accordance with the cost and deadline requirements of the project
  • Ensure the quality of the IT developments and the solution delivered in compliance with internal standards in force and associated performance and
  • Is considered a reference expert of his or her application field
  • Able to manage and deliver within defined  timelines and manage the delivery within budget allocated
  • Able to define roadmap, milestones, KPI’s and checkpoints for project delivery
  • Good in Excel, Presentation skills
  • Understanding of Automation, Transformation and technology evolution

Profile required

Job Description -

  • 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery, Support, Project Management, Migrations & Data Center Technologies with 2+ year of product development experience at a consumer or B2B enterprise company
  • Functional & Conceptual knowledge on Middleware, Database, Data Center and other cloud technologies
  • Good knowledge on Project Management, Lifecycle of Infra, Deployment and Decommission
  • Good understanding of license management and Open source
  • Good Knowledge on ITIL - Incident, Change, Request and Release
  • Good on Stakeholder management and handling end users
  • Experience working with Agile teams
  • Must be self-motivated and have excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work across multiple product lines with a variety of stakeholders to achieve your objectives
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, ranging from Recruiting to engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate in Problem Solving and bug fixing, Ability to work independently in a small team.
  • First-hand experience with a startup culture, its dynamics and lean approach.
  • Understanding the threat landscape and abuse trends within the social consumer web environment
  • Good understanding of Managing projects, Reporting, Due Diligence and Governance
  • Should be able to lead steeco meetings

 Team Development

  • Develop the Team to ensure they deliver the needed performances
  • Identify skill gaps and organize trainings around those topics
  • Maintain proper staffing levels and allocate resources
  • Supervise team operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate individual performance and create individual plans to develop staff

Communication

  • To understand and be understandable
  • To be the link between GTS/MDW Paris and SGGSC/PAS/MDW on standard communication
  • Share the information to the Team and forward the information to his up line in a timely manner
  • Work closely with ALL Team members to resolve all escalations and report as required
