Project Manager-Infrastructure

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Guide the Skill teams / Infrastructure owners on the organizational policies & procedures of the risk management. 
2. Review the resiliency status of the infrastructures in line with the organizational policy. 
3. Review the obsolescence status of Infrastructures in line with the organizational policy.
4. Review the quality of documentation (Availability, Standard, Freshness). 
5. Report the discrepancies / compliance issues to Risk Manager/Authorities. 
6. Analyse Incidents to identify if they are due to resiliency/obsolescence or insufficient documentation. 
7. Participate in gap assessment, compliance readiness, compliance monitoring activities. 
8. Conduct planned/un-planned internal audit. 
9. Facilitating & tracking remediation & corrective action plan. 
10. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives. 
11. Assisting in collecting the Risk Management KPIs.

Profile required

1. Good knowledge on IT Infrastructures & their dependencies.
2. Good understanding of the topics of Operational Risks such as Resiliency & Obsolescence & their impact on business.
3. Ability to communicate risk and compliance subject to multiple audience including technicians, business people and
 management.
4. Experience in project management 
5. Good knowledge of industry level best practices on Operational Risk Management.
6. Analytic skills to relate incidents with Risk Management Topics.
7. Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
8. Strong Social Skills such as listening, convincing and negotiating. (This role has to do a lot of interaction with various
 stakeholders).
9. Experience in IT Governance and Compliance is a plus.
