Responsibilities

Requirement:

  • Identifying and prioritizing the organization's functional and technical needs and requirements
  • Ability to lead IT teams as PO/BA by running/being part of the agile team, defining stories, translating business needs to user stories implementable by IT, proving clarifications and validating and running sprints etc.
  • Using Excel to analyse large data sets and to Compile charts, tables, and other elements of data visualization
  • Understanding business strategies, goals, and requirements
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and performing both variance analysis and financial analysis
  • Communicate with all stakeholders & to elicit, analyze and validate the requirements for changes to business processes and information systems
  • Understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritize them.
  • Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis to the management as well as to the IT analysts.
  • Create solutions based on the requirements identified, create change management proposals, and work towards achieving it.
  • Updating internal tools, trackers or spreadsheets and systems with document or status data.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information from sourcing platform.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.

Profile Required

       Qualifiers

  • Should have understanding of derivatives contracts and the concept of Netting and hands on experience working on some IT solutions
  • Broad understanding of the scope and criticality of the MSU/COO function. Delivery and accuracy oriented.
  • Have a strong background of finance and project management
  • Willingness to Learn and deliver.
  • Effective communication & organizational skills
  • Organized approach and able to work under pressure
  • Strong customer focus
  • Problem Solving, analytical, presentation skills and cost management        
  • Strong Data Analysis skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint
