Project Manager/Reporting Officer with French

You will be stepping into a team that is working for the IT division of the Retail Bank of Société Générale Group from France, where you can leverage your expertise as a Project Manager/Reporting Officer. Become part of an organization that is young, agile and where you can make a difference.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Plan, consolidate and follow up the requirements for the assigned division  processes;
  • Be responsible for the monthly billing at the department level;
  • Contribute to the creation of the department's budget, identifies the actions with impact on the final results and supervise their implementation;
  • Participate and initiate continuous improvement projects: cost reduction, process automation, efficiency, dashboards improvements;
  • Participate in audit missions and collaborate with the risk manager assigned to prevent and remedy operational risks / incidents;
  • Manage information about business requirements to accommodate new business or business transition projects from Paris based on existing methodology, ensuring that all legal norms / requirements at the company level are observed;
  • Monitor and follow-up the Actuals vs Budget KPIs on a monthly basis;
  • Generate monthly reporting such as project status reports (dashboards, KPIs, presentations), follow-up on activities and draw conclusions from findings;
  • Define, manage, and contribute to the Steering/Sponsors Committees governance with stakeholders, end users, internal teams, sponsors.

Profile required

  • At least 2 years working experience in similar position or equivalent experience in a project management structure (PMO);
  • Good command of French and English, both written and spoken with the ability to participate in French-only meetings;
  • You value the teamwork spirit and yet be autonomous;
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with proven experience in working in parallel on several projects/ transitions;
  • Extensive Excel know-how (analysis, reports, graphs, pivot tables);
  • Attention to details and good organizer;

  • Experience or knowledge of projects in a Banking and/or IT environment;
