Responsibilities

Your mission:

 

In this framework, the Project Manager will have to lead his project, managing the main stakes, objectives and constraints. 

Your Role in a Nutshell:

 

  • Define in association with project teams, Compliance, IT and Business departments the relevant set of controls to improve regulatory reporting accuracy and completeness;
  • Analyze reporting and identify quality issues and propose action plan for reporting improvement;
  • Federate the main stakeholders of the project to deliver in the validated planning and budget;
  • Coordinate many streams, teams or departments involved in regulatory reporting life cycle;
  • Ensure the global steering of the project;
  • Coordination of numerous actors in order to respect the global planning of the project; 
  • Managing the global budget of the project (follow-up, budget demands, arbitrations);
  • Participating in change management;
  • Establish and maintain good relations with clients  being very careful to their needs;  answering their requests with reactivity and sense of service.
  • The positions to fill concern:
    • Financial regulations: MIFID, EMIR, DFA, Canadian Reporting, OTC Asia, others;
    • Reporting activity.

Profile Required


A little about You: 

  • Academic studies in Finance or IT
  • 5 years experience in project management and/or business analysis with a focus on reporting solutions
  • Experience in business analysis on big volumes of data, reporting processes and data warehouses
  • A very good level of English is mandatory, French is an advantage
