Overall management of various projects, including optimization of processes, quality improvement, process standardization and transformation through deployment of digital tools and different technologies.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
Oversees the planning, implementation and controlling of the transformation projects with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines;
Defines the overall scope of the project in consultation with project stakeholders;
Leads and motivates the project team members in order to achieve the established goals. Negotiates and influences stakeholders for reaching mutual understanding of project deliverables;
Creates or participates in the creation of project documentation;
Indentifies tracks, manages and mitigates risks throughout the project life. Escalates the issues when necessary to ensure minimum impact on project deliverables;
Communicates effectively with project stakeholders in order to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with focus on on digital tools/automation and translate the opportunities into feasible project plans;
Continuously benchmarks for practices around process excellence.
A little about You:
Previous experience in project management (preferable within BPO/SSC environment, +3 years);
Lean 6 Sigma/ BPM skills, Green Belt certified is an advantage;
Fluency in English, French language is a plus;
Prior experience in process automation (eg: RPA, machine learning, etc.);
Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy;
