Societe Generale Global Solution Center Poland is a new, growing area of the SG Warsaw Branch, and we are currently looking for a Projects Coordinator and Operations Analyst.

As a Projects Coordinator and Operations Analyst in Regulatory and Administrative Operations Team, you will be based in Poland, but you will have an opportunity to work with people from diverse cultures from all across the globe. In your daily work you will be coordinating various transversal regulatory and administrative projects and operations to contribute to the Team's goals. Our Team supports the Head of Chief Control Office in Global Solution Center Poland (GSCP) in coordinating transversal regulatory and administrative operations and projects. Geographic scope varies – operations cover EMEA/UK or global scopes. Covered operations include, but are not limited to Sanctions and Embargoes, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Systems and Referential, Public Cloud Infrastructure, Trainings, Normative Documentation and Data Records Management. In this position you will have a chance to understand the core concepts of the Bank’s operations.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Performing analysis required to implement proper governance and establish proper operational model for coordinated projects / operations
  • Assisting project manager / operations manager to make necessary decisions
  • Contributing and reporting data to proper applications and SharePoint sites,
  • Production of operational management and oversight documentation including inter alia Excel and Word files as well as PowerPoint presentations
  • Animating communication with serviced entities and proper stakeholders
  • Coordinating and performing operational processes after the project delivery and transition into Run the Bank mode
  • Contributing to development and realization of required action plans in case of identified needs for actions

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  • You have a degree in the field related to Economics, Management or Data Analysis
  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in banking
  • You have upper-intermediate skills in English and Polish
  • You can write a concise analysis summary with ease
  • You understand how Excel and PowerPoint can contribute to your daily work
  • You are a Team Player
  • You are well organized and you can deliver results on agreed time
  • You take responsibility for your work and its quality
