Public Affairs Specialist

Main Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring and tracking of legislative initiatives, both on national and E.U level , with impact on banking activity;
  • Informing the management and other internal stakeholders, regarding the details of the legislative projects, status, action plan, etc.;
  • Writing newsletters, briefings and flash news materials regarding these projects;
  • Identifying key stakeholders in the decision-making process internally and within correspondent business associations;
  • Representing the bank's interests and advocating the bank's opinion on the legislative projects in front of the different associations and authorities;
  • Organizing the meetings of the specialized committee Public Affairs;
  • Ensuring the coherence and correlation of the existing information in the internal regulations, their classification and archiving; planning, organizing, coordinating activities in the area of the internal regulatory framework.



  • University degree, preferably Law School;
  • Good PC knowledge;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English;
  • Ability to analyze, to synthetize, to prioritize and to plan the activities;
  • Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams;
  • Excellent research, communication (written and verbal) and listening abilities;
  • Strong interpersonal skills.



The Specialist is monitoring the legislative initiatives affecting the banking activity and is coordinating the interactions within appropriate business associations in order to achieve optimal follow up and advocacy actions for the best interest of the Bank.
