Quality Controller PM

Responsibilities

Performs daily quality control checks on the files analyzed by the KYC (Know Your Customer) analysts and monitors the level of performance of both the analyst and the entire team level.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Produce performance reports for the area in scope of control;
  • Identify risks related to the not performance of the KPIs agreed with the client;
  • Offer support to the KYC team leaders/ team coordinators in performing the action plans for solving the quality issues;
  • Contribute at the improvement of the optimization ideas;  
  • Based on the control results, identifies quality improvements opportunities for KYC activities.

Profile required

  • Experience in KYC domain;
  • Very good French and English language level (minimum B1+);
  • Very good effective communication skills both written and oral;
  • Work experience Quality Assurance and retail banking sector is a plus;
  • Experience in quality controlling;
  • Very good attention to details;
  • Risk orientation skills;
  • Positive attitude and a cooperative person;
  • Able to work in high pressure environment.
