Performs daily quality control checks on the files analyzed by the KYC analysts and monitors the level of performance of both the analyst and the entire team level.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
• Produces the performance report for each analyst;
• Identifies risks related to the not performance of the KPIs agreed with the client;
• Offers support to the KYC team leaders/ team coordinators in performing the action plans for solving the quality issues;
• Contributes at the improvement of the optimisation ideas;
• Based on the control results identifies quality improvements opportunities for KYC activities.
