Ensures the Recruitment Team management and engagement, being responsibe for the recruitment deliverables on the non IT business lines, while handling relationship with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders (Business Partners).
Specifically, the Recruitment Team Leader will be required to:
Ensure the team engagement by:
- Creating and developing an appropariate climate for expression, participation and contribution to the recruitment goals’ attainement
- Motivating the team members in order to reach their professional individual objectives, as well as those of the team
- Continous mentoring and coaching on the technical area, as well as in the soft skills area for the team members
- Career counseling and professional development by involving the team members in different activities and project.
Manage from an operational point of view the non IT Recruitment Team of GSGSC Romania by:
- Ensuring the team polyvalence and back-up of resources in order to offer continuity in the activity
- Assigning recruitment projects to team members in an efficient and balanced way in order to maximize the recruitment capacity delivery
- Maintaining and developing the know how of the team members and facilitating best practice sharing within the team
- Prioritizing with hiring managers and Recruiters the recruitment needs, on a recurrent basis
- Driving the relationship with business stakeholders in order to reach recruitment targets as per the business objectives.
Optimize the recruitment process by:
- Coming up with innovative and out of the box ideas, in order to revamp the recruitment process and to respond appropriately to the current and future employment market challenges
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the BPO/SSC & banking industry and by providing market insights to relevant stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
- Contributing to the development, review and implementation of policies and procedures to meet organisational and operational efficiency needs
- Ensure the process compliance to company and Group procedures and policies
- Monitor recurrently the process performance through different KPIs in order to reach operational excellence and to improve the results.
