The Reference data team role is to capture, certify with appropriate controls, and publish the reference data to be used by main processes including the Profit and Loss income computation. Unique information capturing, control and certification by creative methods, on-time daily publishing of accurate information is part of the straight through processing policy that we observe.

Basic Job Requirements
Relevant experience in Reference data processing or Middle office / Back office for Capital Market activity.
Good financial product knowledge (Capital market, money market and fixed income etc )
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Capacity to analyze new requests and their impacts.
Hands on expertise on Bloomberg and Reuters
Excellent MS Office skill (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excel Knowledge (macros) will be preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Working under strict deadlines and multiple deliverables to implement best practices that consistently deliver outstanding results
Provide creative and innovative solutions to improve data quality and while reducing operating costs in coordination with business lines and production support.
Daily creation and pricing of Equities, Bonds, Commodities, Derivatives, etc and Pricing of the same. Ensuring the quality of Forex rates, interest rates, holiday calendar information for various countries, etc.
Handle escalations/complex issues regarding instrument set up and liaising with internal and external business partners.
Analyze and manage change notifications from vendors to understand the functional/data impact of changes to the system
Monitor daily production issues and implement control techniques.
Participate in KPI and KRI reporting to Global counterparts.
Alert trading desks and senior management of potential risk changes after significant events.
Project involvement on process automation and data capture.
