This position is accountable for the management and development of human capital for the assigned population/client group(s) – GBSU and RESG/GTS for Asia Pacific.
Managing a team of HR Business Partners dedicated to the assigned client groups, the incumbent is responsible for driving the people strategy, advising and building effective talent pipelines, accompanying business transformation and driving change management, working with their Senior Management and managers by providing people solutions in the region, and ensure professional and tactical HR advisory services are delivered, via working in close partnership with various HR teams (COEs, HR Service team, countries and global HR teams) to deliver a coordinated and focused “one HR” service.
