Objectives of the Role:
Working as a part of the Operations Regulatory Reporting Production Team in Société Générale Securities Japan you will be mainly responsible for report production, and monitoring issues, investigation, and correction. In addition, require meeting with tight Regulatory deadlines.
You need to be detail oriented, pay continuous efforts to maintain best practice on production process, seeking rooms for improvements to minimize exceptions is a key element of the role.
You will also develop expertise in analysis of data to identify and remediate issues when they arise as part of the BAU process. Work on issue investigation, root-cause analysis, as well as involvement in IT system enhancement and related user testing, post-production testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of any data to be back-reported.
There is also a large amount of change both within the organization and within the wider regulatory environment e.g., regulatory reforms, transformation plan, new business initiatives. These changes will require integration into the current set-up, and we will be working closely with the Regional and Global Regulatory reporting teams to achieve these.
This role is based in Operations; however, cross-examine of the data involve working closely with other Operation tams, Middle Office, Front Office and Technology teams.
