Responsible for providing customer support on behalf of GTPS/GTB/BAN for Cash Clearing Services to a portfolio of selected banks in Korea.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ;
Customer Services and marketing for GTB/BAN :
1. To provide, in close connection with SG-Paris, a first level of customer support for banks in Korea dealing with SG-Paris, especially on inquiries on payments
2. Manage relationship with existing and future clients through regular contacts, to offer SG’s Cash Clearing services, in deep connection with CORI and GTB/BAN Paris team.
3. Follow up regularly with head office on the budgeted volume of EURO payments for existing
4. Keep business line management informed of local market conditions and competition studies in the scope of Global Clearing Services activities.
