  Main responsibilities:

  • Provide periodical reports and data analysis;
  • Define metrics ,dashboards and reports, based on client specifications, to evaluate the supplier’s performances;
  • Communicate with the stakeholders involved, in order to assure the best analytics, on the set deadlines;
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators ( KRIs);
  • Documentation maintenance.

Desired Profile:

  • Energetic and enthusiastic person that can deal multiple and small tasks, both recurrent/ one off;
  • Ability to produce financial analyzes (historical reports and trend estimates) for each main category of purchases;
  • Comfortable with figures and numbers and working with excel/ power point and other dedicated software’s, Oracle;
  • 3+ years of reporting- large corporates environment;
  • English proficiency;
  • Ability to use the report-writing and analytical skills in order to provide client support, through data-driven feedback;
  • Strong analytical competencies and formal thinking, able to break problems down in their key variables and identify the relations between them;
  • Opened to managing task groups, projects and people in time.


The Reporting Specialist’s main role, but not limited to, is to monitor the results of Procurement Department by preparing reports and analyzing KPIs, trends and other figures.
