Responsibilities

  • Budget & Financial Trajectory
    o Contribute to building GBTO financial trajectory in sync with DFIN/GBS, GBTO manager & Paris counterparts 
    o Build the annual budget and monitor the capacity (Actuals, Forecast & Budget) at different axes including RTB/CTB, IT/non-IT


  • Staff Monitoring
    o Collect feedback from GBTO managers on the latest staff movements and update pyramid staff plan accordingly
    o Monitor the execution of the HC Saving plan 
    o Maintain and update the staff mapping by SMEs, & BU 
    o Further digitalize HC dashboard using Power BI 


  • OPEX & External costs control & optimization
    o Oversee and monitor our offshoring headcount and billing process
    o Track the payment of vendor invoices against the budget and follow up on any payment issues to get them resolved
    o Train GBTO staff on the invoice payment process and how to raise Purchase Requests
    o Participate in or lead initiatives to streamline the invoice payment process
    o Contribute to building a comprehensive contracts referential integrating sourcing and finance information


  • Financial Steering initiatives 
    o Co-ordinate on the IT cost steering for TCO applications 
    o Co-ordinate on GTS Infra cost allocation to GBTO
    o Enhance the usage of Apptio 


  • Project Portfolio Management
    o Contribute to build & monitor Asia Transformation portfolio and GBTO Asia contribution
    o Monitor the consumption of the non-labor cost from the projects 


  • Sharing of best practices 
    o Identify the best practices used in GBTO that can be extended to other GBIS functions and share them
    o Adapt to GBTO the best practices from other departments


  • Administrative and Ad’ hoc tasks management
    o Other ad hoc requests/relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management

Profile required

  •  Master’s Degree in relevant field
  • 3-5 years working experience in financial reporting and budgeting is preferred
  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good understanding of CIB business
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English, both written and oral
  • French language is an advantage
  • Good ability to manipulate data in Excel
  • Good ability to prepare presentations using PowerPoint
  • Knowledge on Power BI

Department Description:

Serve as key member of the regional GBTO/COO/BPM team supporting dedicated departments in building the financial trajectory, monitoring the resources, managing the capacity, and steering the costs by working alongside DFIN & COO/BPM Paris team
In charge of cost steering implementation for TCO (Total cost ownership), IT/non-IT in Apptio. Oversight GSC offshore cost monitoring. Work together with sourcing team and DFIN teams to build a comprehensive contract database
