Job descriptions and Requirements:
• Performing the risk analysis for the potential / existing clients, and other business partners; fully respect the internal risk rules and procedures of ALD;
• Providing recommendations to the management team regarding the business relations with third parties, based on the results/ findings of the risk analysis;
• Keeping the relations with the Sales Department, other Departments or, when necessary, directly with the business partners in order to obtain additional documents/ information for the analyzed files;
• Keeping the relations with the Legal Department for all the legal issues/ implications of the analyzed business partners;
• Prepare the credit limits in the internal software; assist the management team in order to implement the credit files;
• Being actively involved in periodical updates of the risk procedure and any related risk IT tools;
• Being involved in applying the AML (Anti Money Laundering Policy) and KYC (Know Your Customer procedure);
• Perform periodic risk reports for ALD Automotive SRL Romania and for ALD International;
• Perform other similar tasks related to the activity, required by the hierarchical superiors.
Profil
Knowledge and experience required:
- Economic University degree;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial institution;
- Knowledge of the legislation governing the activity of the leasing companies;
- Good computer knowledge;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
