Responsibilities

A subsidiary of the Société Générale Group, specialised in automotive financial services, Ayvens is a leading international provider of sustainable mobility solutions, historically a leader in car leasing. Previously known as ALD, the ongoing merger with LeasePlan will strengthen the leadership position of the new entity, which is now regulated by the European Central Bank. The holding company is responsible for the development of the Group and the supervision of its activities in the 44 countries where it operates. It provides technical support to subsidiaries through its coordination role and promotes the creation of synergies between countries and regions, but it also leads the Group's digital transformation accelerated by trends such as environmental awareness, urbanization, and the transition from ownership to usership.

Level 2 Control international team regroups experts on various risks to which Ayvens is exposed (operational, IT, fraud, financial crime…), the team’s success lies in the diversity and complementarity of its members.
