| - Ensure delivery excellence (Productivity : 99%, Quality : 99% & TAT : No misses)
- Ensure all the emails/calls are responded with accurate details within TAT by self and Team.
-Receipt , Analyse and Respond to the assigned & adhoc tasks on time (Projects /Flow)and ensure first time right actions
-Negotiate /Convince stake holders in case of need for more time and communicate accordingly to relevant stakeholders
-Analyse conceptually the request and assess the impact taking in to account respective activity ,CBD process and Client life cycle to the maximum extent and collaborate internally /onshore incase to meet the deliverables
- Active participation in BCP testing/UAT as per organization requirement, take complete ownership to ensure system issues are sorted within 2 weeks incase of monthly BCP failure
- Display Flexibility for skeletal staffing, extended support & BCP testing as per business requirements
- Lead remediation instances/projects as functional expertise and provide process solutions
-Elaborate and ensure Business standardised communication content and vocabulary (provide clear , concise , logical and valid proposal/thoughts as solutioning to Requestors as required)
-Conduct self check (apply pre-defined controls/logical thoughts) and incase of clarification /opinion consult product controllers . Bench Mark to acheive at 99%
-Productivity to be maintained at 99% (of which 3% devoted to cross training on the process; 2 % reading /learning Industry topics like WEBINAR, SG News , SG Insite , CLD Process sessions)
-Sensitive and adaptable to Business requirements in terms of Time Zone Coverage
-Recognise sensitivity of mail and ensure to alert Managers in case of escalation /higher management looped in the mail . Further ensure to distribute process changes /change management / Business related information impacting process as part of Knowledge sharing initiative
