Responsibilities
Main tasks:
Sales analysis 50%, Marketing 50%
- Sales analysis support => preparing product reports and other requested documents for sales, inputting data in the systems, managing sales P&L
- Marketing support => preparing marketing materials in Japanese (including documents translation, excel simulation, PowerPoint presentation), making structured products market survey, answering ad-hoc questions from clients, managing corporate advertising and client events
Profile required
PC skill requirements-
1. Excel (mandatory)
2. PowerPoint (mandatory)
3. VBA (preferred)
4. Word (mandatory)
Language requirements-
1. English (Business) – speaking, writing, reading (mandatory)
2. Japanese (Native) – speaking, writing, reading (mandatory)
Behavioural requirements-
1. Good and smooth communication skills
2. Able to work under pressure and deliver the results in time, able to perform different tasks in a short time
Qualification requirements-
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree student or Bachelor’s degree holder
2. Able to work more than 12 months
3. Have less than 1-year work experience after graduation (mandatory)
4. Able to start working soon (preferred)
5. Able to work 5 days per week (negotiable)
