Sales Assistant-M/F - VIE - Amsterdam

Your role:

  1. You will answer to clients’ questions and requests on a daily basis (supporting both sales and customer support teams)
  2. You will help sales managers to prepare client visits (ppt presentations, statistics, market research…)
  3. You will organize the on boarding of new clients (Know Your Customer processes)
  4. You will follow up clients’ activity on a daily basis (analyse daily reports, detect anomalies…)
  5. You will prepare periodical activity reports (including sales KPIs per client)
  6. You may also assist the head of Business Unit for any statistical/ transversal analysis/mission

The VIE assignment in a nutshell:
This VIE in Amsterdam is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. Please see , in order to have more details regarding your financial indemnities.

Your Profile:

  • Graduate with a Master degree from Business School or University, majoring in

    business administration, marketing and/or finance

  • Fluent in English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Organization and Autonomy 
  • Good communication skills
  • Team-oriented 
  • Client-centric mindset and behavior
