> Working on new and evolving technologies and recommending needs infrastructure improvements

> Follow technical best practices and developments and recommend to the best interest of the organization

> Managing datacenter server life cycles, licenses, capacity

> Working on core infrastructure and client projects

> Liaison with other related technology teams like network, infra, datacenter, database and application

> Act as a single point of contact from GTS to all GTS customers

> Service delivery - Achieve SLA / OLAs and high level of customer satisfaction

> Reporting project status to clients and senior management on periodic basis

> Standardizing server provisioning process

> Collaborating with senior management, delivery team and client and improving Service

> Managing operational cost under control and Managing budgets

> Managing vendors and helping procurement team in negotiations if required

> Establishes and maintains a secure environment and ensure appropriate controls in place
