5-10+ years in outsourced service monitoring or operational risks / controller function
Sound knowledge and understanding of business continuity management
Thorough understanding of risk management framework and various risk related topics like incident management and reporting, regulatory compliance, audit missions, risk reporting, etc.
Good analytical skills, ability to evaluate and challenge data trends
Good understanding of outsourced service agreements and service monitoring/reporting
Excellent reporting skills including developing and usage of business tools and dashboards for management reporting (data visualization tools knowledge is an advantage)
Good influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent team spirit and collective mindset
Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to work with various business stakeholders at all levels
Sound communication and presentation skills
A mindset of continuous improvement and innovation
Business knowledge and understanding of Market and Credit risk is an added advantage (preferred not mandatory)
