Responsibilities

Role of the Sanctions & Embargoes team is to ensure that an appropriate filtering system is deployed throughout the Societe Generale Group to filter the flows and referential of all the entities of the Group. To ensure this task, the team is in regular contact with a very large number of internal and external stakeholders, such as regulators, internal audit or Sanctions & Embargoes correspondents within the entities

Responsibilities:

 Lead and ensure the regulatory maintenance of the « FORCES » filtering tools (management of listed Sanctions and Embargos, management of listed PEP)

 Collaborate with the Level 1 and Level 2 sanction alert, and the internal Group beneficiaries (Entities and subsidiaries) in enhancing the current filtering environment

 Manage filtering optimizations on the FORCES filtering platform

 Assists on approvals applicable to the list management: “Services” FIRCOSOFT and List Management

 Perform, document and review test results on the implemented rules

 Manage requests from internal beneficiaries and technical contacts

Profile required

-   An expertise from the Fircosoft filtering (FIRCO Continuity, FIRCO Trust, FMM, FML…), knowledge of the rules related to the international sanctions is expected, as well as a desire for the IT field

-   Strong knowledge on configuration / rules of FIRCO Continuity, FIRCO Trust, FMM, FML

-   Prior hands-on experience in rules optimization, false positives reductions etc.,

-   A very good level of both written and oral in English.  French language is an added advantage

-   Knowledge of the SG group if possible,

-   Very good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate sensitive and challenging topics
