Responsibilities

  • Require 1-2 years’ experience in Mutual funds or Transfer Agency Process.
  • Clear understanding on the Trade life cycle and would be great if prior experience on Trade Securities operations  
  • Would be responsible for accurate and timely processing of transfer activities like Confirmation matching, STF etc.  
  • Complete the Process Training as per the plan and ensure full understanding of the activity.
  • Develop the competencies in Process applications MITO, FINV, 1TOALL, QMF etc.  
  • Ensure the Confirmation matching and new Practica creation for STF is performed as per SOP.
  • Should be able to meet the daily deadlines as per the KPI and SLA agreed.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and manage the high volumes
  • Experience on email management and responding to client queries in a SWIFT manner.
  • Interaction & regular communication with onsite partners and maintain a strong business relationship.
  • Adherence to break timings and being flexible to extend the work hours as per business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills in English mandatory, Reading and Writing on Italian language would be an asset (B2 Certified)
  • Completion of all mandatory SG GSC / SGSS Trainings before the deadline.
  • Adhere to SG information security policies and code of conduct.
  • Willing to work in shifts (European timing) and during Indian holidays.
  • Contribution/Participation in organizational initiatives – Innovation; Risk Culture; Knowledge Management; Employee club; CSR & DNI activities
