Senior Analyst - Fund Processing Services
Responsibilities
- Carrying out client due diligence using a wide range of databases and search facilities to identify PEPs, and sanctions (including analyzing documents provided by clients and advising whether further information or enhanced due diligence is required)
- Identification, verification, and screening of ultimate beneficial owners (UBO’s)
- Reviewing of Investor FATCA/CRS information & documentation data.
- Client on-boarding and analyze client data, documentation, and negative news to understand a client risk profile as established under AML & KYC procedures.
- Perform research via internal and external sources and collect and analyze documentation in accordance with regulatory and KYC requirements.
- Review negative media alerts from client screening tools (e.g World-Check/FIRCO)
- Conduct transaction monitoring and other surveillance reviews.
- Have a good working knowledge on AML directives and applicable guidelines (FATF)
- Performance of periodic reviews, investor static data requests ensuring investor information and documentation is kept up to date.
- Communicating via email with investor and manco daily responding to their AML/KYC queries.
Profile required
University degree in Finance, or training/experience deemed equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of the MULTIFONDS tool
- Strong knowledge of Fund Setup processes
- Excellent command of French and English. Any other language would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills and quality focused
- Strong analytical and communication skills - oral, written and presentation
- Good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
- Client management abilities
- To be respectful towards procedures and internal policies
- Team player mentality along with a detail-oriented, proactive approach to work
- Open-minded and capable of building productive working relationships
