Responsibilities
Staff Plan Management
- Basic understanding on the purpose of staff plan and landing plan.
Resource Data Management:
- Basic understanding on the data workflow of resources information amongst tools.
- Reconciliation of data from 2 tools to find discrepancies in data.
- Basic understanding on the resource management principles
Reporting:
- Good reporting skills and ability to generate Excel based reports and PowerPoint based presentations. Good knowledge on the functionalities in Excel to process the data
Team Player:
- A Good team player who can adopt to the team culture and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
Learning and Adaptability:
- Must be a quick learner and ready to adapt to changes within the ever changing IT Landscape.
Profile required
Experience- 2-4 years experience in management reporting
Skills Needed:
- Advanced Excel, Basics of VBA on Excel, Hands on Experience on Power BI will be an added advantage
- Obtain timely inputs from the tribe managers and other business partner stakeholders for all key resource movements and efficiently reflect in the RM tools
- Proactively analyze, assess & monitor changes in the staff plan to effectively forecast the landing of resources
- Responsible to ensure that the consumption is accordance to the budget available
- Cooperation and participation to the improvement of the Transformation and enhancement of team efficiency
