Senior Analyst - Power BI
Responsibilities
Within WSB SUR MIS, you will be more particularly focused on the Trade surveillance, Communications surveillance, and Control room activities.
In terms of coordination, you will be more specifically in charge of maintaining the relationship with several of US, UK, and France key stakeholders relevant to those activities.
As part of MIS team, you will be involved both in the regular production activities as well as projects for MIS :
You will contribute to maintain the scheduled production of management information decks (monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards production).
You will also contribute on projects to provide new Business intelligence dashboards to stakeholders
You will also contribute to MIS continuous improvement projects and contribute to improve MIS own efficiency and further automate the reporting process
You will contribute to the monthly production of reports, consolidating/preparing the input files and for this perimeter.
· Maintain the schedule of the reporting monthly and quarterly reporting work,
· prepare the input files,
· Perform quality checks / resolve quality issues.
· Interact with users
You will also contribute on projects, including:
· Clarification new needs with users,
· Coordination with the stakeholder throughout the project,
· Provide progress updates,
· New data sources analysis,
· Documentation of data usage,
· Conception of a data model,
· Design of the dashboards output visuals (Dashboard design is done with TABLEAU software)
You will contribute to maintain and keep up to date the documentation for all the dashboards under your care (cartography of existing dashboards, cartography of sources, standard operating procedures, etc).
You will contribute to the user access management reviews and ensuring confidentiality of the process.
Profile required
Experience: 3+ Years
Functional skills:
Mandatory common-sense financial knowledge of wholesale banking.
Previous experience in market surveillance is a plus.
Previous Business Analyst experience is a plus.
Soft skills:
Strong risk understanding regarding data and confidentiality.
Affinity with investigating and resolving problems.
Networking mindset, good communication skills.
Previous experience of remote working with offshore team is a plus.
Technical skills:
PowerBI software or equivalent Business intelligence tool is a plus.
