Contribute to Team Meetings & Agenda points. Meeting agenda & minutes to be updated appropriately and shared before & after the meetings respectively without any misses or delay
Display Flexibility for skeletal staffing, extended support & BCP testing as per business requirements
Priority requests to be acknowledged immediately and completed as per the requirement
Proactiveness in proposing solutions and assistance
Identify risks within respective processes & propose controls
No deviation from the process, unless for approved exceptions. Regular review of SOPs and policies related to the process
Updation of all trackers without miss or manipulation
Ensure mandatory and regulatory training are completed within the set deadlines
Contribution towards process improvements & efficiency (RPA/Automation)
