Responsibilities

The incumbent MSU Team Executive / Sr. Executive is responsible for:

1. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

-       Build strong client/partner relationships for various partners engaged with.

-       Governance with Support Functions, HR and GTS for BL support

2. EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF THE MSU DEPARTMENT

-       Handle end to end Billing & Invoicing

-       Handle Reporting – BL Specific Reports - Client Related & Internal

-       Handle Seating & Resiliency for the BL

-       Support for Change Management

-       Support BCM requirements / Risk Management

-       Handle Transversal Activities relating to Finance, Legal & Compliance, Admin, GTS, Sourcing etc.

-       Address adhoc/rush requests coming from the management and partners

-       Presentations for the management & others

-       Ensure compliance requirements for the BL

-       Propose new ideas and contribute to the change process

-       Should demonstrate a good understanding of scope of responsibilities, accountability for achievements and mistakes, Risk awareness and High performance.

-       Should be a Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently as well as with a team of peers

-       Should be a Strong facilitator with the ability to influence people

-       Should contribute to BL & GSC’s initiatives

TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL

Identify the SG technical competencies and job skills required in the employee's position

-       Expertise in Excel/Word & Power Point

-       Knowledge of Internal Tools.

-       Knowledge of Banking products, COO/MSU Function & Operational risk

-       Should be detail oriented and give priority to due diligence

-       Ability to analyze data for making decisions and reporting

-       Should be quick learner and proactively take ownership
