Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role:
This is a critical role, working closely with Finance Transformation lead, responsible for successful and timely delivery of GSC Finance Transformation initiatives and roadmap, and for embedding full scope Finance Partnership / advisory & engagement model / operating structure within GSC.
Responsibilities / Delivery:

Project management & implementation of Finance transformation Initiatives
-
Co-ordinating & running initiative specific workshops, operating reviews & governance forums
-
Facilitate review of Business performance management practices across GSC India & Romania
-
Enhance standard Finance operating rhythm - Defined review meetings with key KPI’s and success milestones
-
Enhance, standardize, optimize Finance processes and Management Information
-
Enable GSC budgeting and forecasting process convergence
-
Support IBM Analytics tool implementation
-
Support any other Finance process and system implementation initiatives
-
Build strong stakeholder relationships & deepen engagement with GSC business lines and GSC Finance team in Romania
Profile required
Qualification / Experience:
-
CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 8+ years of experience
Abilities / Skills required:
-
Strong Project Management & Business Partnership skills
-
Sound understanding of Management Reporting, Performance Management, Accounting, Costing etc.

Preferable to have hands on experience of implementing core Finance system / ERP

Good analytical skills with an eye for detail

Excellent communication and business engagement skills

Process and change management experience
-
Ability to work with virtual teams and navigate through a matrix organization

Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team of peers
