Base Salary Range: $62,000 - $260,000

Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.

Conduct Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility to adhere to internal Policies that relate to you, your business or other businesses for which you have any level of responsibility.  It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with operational and conduct risk requirements (e.g. data leakage, security policies and regulatory requirements).

  • Responsibility for managing, controlling, preparing and escalating risk within the scope of your position and in line with existing policies. 
  • Responsibility to ensure that you take reasonable steps to be fully aware of, understand and comply with all regulatory requirements from all regulatory and statutory bodies, trading venues, etc that are applicable to your role and business line. 
  • To assist in the self-identification of all conduct related issues. Ensure escalation to appropriate stakeholder or function whether internal or external. 
  • Adhere to business line mandates relevant to the role as directed by your manager

A business analyst delivers features for a Product in a business chain. As member of a Feature Team, they work in autonomy and with a continuous improvement approach. 

This Includes:

  • Support deconstruction of customer requests into detailed stories by interacting with GBIS users or the Product Owner 
  • Responsible for defining and scoping changes, and acceptance criteria, fulfilling the definition of done at different levels
  • Responsibilities include defining and validating requirements with GBIS and Compliance users, creating test scripts, assisting with unit tests, clear communication with sponsors and development teams to deliver clean, clearly scoped changes.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the global EXS teams, delivering solutions that are scalable across regions.
  • Participation in daily scrums, prioritisation meetings and other A@S ceremonies.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and production activities of the team to ensure production stability, applying the guidelines provided by the chapters
  • The goal of the position: enhance the design, functionality, and operations of the US equity execution technology chain with specific focus on the smart order router.

Profile required

Required skills:

One or more of the following technical domain knowledge and related skills set.

Critical Business Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive understand of US equity market structure
  • Equities business knowledge – DMA, DSA, Program Trading, Synthetics, Trade reporting, Middle Office (confirmations and allocations)
  • Deep understand of order types and market access exercises
  • TCA, Best Ex
  • Market access and market data protocols
  • Experience analysing the technical aspects of US dark pools/ATS and/or single broker platforms
  • Trading domain knowledge, including the mechanics of order routing and exchange rebate/credit tiers
  • Knowledge of Fidessa


  • RegNMS and RegNMS modifiers
  • RegSHO, Short-sell restriction Regs, trading halts and force majeure


  • Strong: SQL, Excel and Visio
  • Preferred: Python, R for data manipulation
