Senior CLO Structurer

Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Efficiently uses internal and external tools to model securitization transactions backed by corporate loan exposures
• Ensure the coordination/supervision of the CLO structuring team
• Masters the rating agency methodologies and coordinate/negotiate with them as needed
• Performs (or delegate performance) collateral analytics and other analyses as needed
• Review, negotiate and arrange deal documentation (warehouse / CLO / credit facility / …)
• Supervise the preparation of deal marketing materials (presentations, term sheets, etc) for clients
• Supervise cashflow scenario analyses for investors (typically conducted by more junior resources)
• Liaise with internal control groups to secure transaction approvals
• Follow the operational implementation and ensure smooth operations by liaising with relevant teams as needed (“results oriented” mindset)
• Maintain a continuous monitoring of the structure and be ready to answer auditors/inspectors/regulators questions
