•           Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans; Design and develop compensation policies and processes; Ensure all employees’ compensation and benefit scheme are applied properly.

•           Partner with HRBP, Staffing, and Executive Council (Leadership team) to understand emerging management needs in Total Rewards, and identify and help build action plans to address them properly

•           Execute and communicate localized compensation and benefits in accordance with Societe Generale aligning it with the overall organizational philosophy and industry practice

•           Execution of all compensation benchmarking and benefits surveys projects as well as conduct necessary analysis of the survey results and recommend C&B solution to ensure market competitiveness

•           Ensure Mid-Year and Annual Appraisal and ACR calendar of events are drawn up and communicated for the year and managed closely viz. kick- off on schedule, tracking progress and timely completion as well as monitor quality of feedback.

•           Plan and execute C&B Projects. Key deliverable would include implementation and change management of programs in alignment with global total rewards philosophy

•           Communication of compensation and benefits practices within the organization as required to appropriate stakeholders

•           Work closely with Talent Acquisition team, HR Bp’s to get market intelligence on the trend & propose necessary action for leadership team

Profile required

5-7 years of experience in C&B.

Excellent stakeholder management

  • Graduate degree or post graduate degree (MBA).
  • Advanced project and program management skills. 
  • Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, interpretation and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and collaboration.
  • Advance Inter-personal skills, organization skills and analytical skills.
  • Expert in MicroSoft office and presentation skills.
  • Very high execution rigior.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time.
  • Attitude of sharing knowledge and experiences with the peer team of experts.
