Responsibilities

  • Work with the Business Lines as an internal consultant to strategize, develop and execute a roadmap that is aligned with the organization goals.        
  • Conduct business reviews and recommend improvements by analyzing business risks, efficiency, and quality.               
  • Responsible for vendor governance activities and ensure smooth delivery of the services.
  • Build and maintain strong collaboration with senior leaders across business lines, HR, and other stakeholders               
  • Challenge and recommend the existing process enhancements with complete functional knowledge of upstream and downstream processes.  
  • Measure by feedback from stakeholder and enhance the performance level of the teams.
  • Resolve issues with various stakeholders and manage independently complex situations.
  • Responsible for management reporting and data interpretation.               
  • Design, plan and deploy organization wide projects and apply creativity to solve problems.
  • Actively contribute towards process improvement and automation.        
  • Create strong governance process with various stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the global expert community of value chain.           
  • Responsible and accountable for daily performance metrics.
  • Be the change management champion.

Profile required

Experience: 6 to 9 yrs

  • Collation and presentation of data in a manner that can be shared for multiple meetings and connects
  • Tracking and maintaining annual budget utilization
  • Working with Communication Team to create appropriate marketing campaigns for the new initiatives
  • Managing and leading all data related to team audits
  • SPOC for the teams on all risk evaluations
  • Managing all team related reporting & dashboards for different forums and stakeholders
  • Lead the CTB initiatives for the teams (Policies related to L&D/ Talent, digitization, new learning platforms)
  • Liaison with Infosec/ IT for getting the new platforms onboarded
  • Creating visibility in the industry for various initiatives (industry awards/ nominations/ seminars etc)
  • Reviewing , managing & maintaining Learning / RBO/ Talent related content on “You” or on intranet
  • Bring in the industry knowledge to ensure Soc Gen is leading/ at par with similar organizations
  • Conducting FGDs/ Polls and analysis for new initiatives
