Senior Delta One Trader (North America and LATAM)

Responsibilities

Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to supervise and develop the Delta one franchise by trading and pricing index Total Return swaps, futures, options combination, forward, and other Delta one products and the hedge of them on U.S., Canada and Latam equities, indices and Exchange Traded Funds. Work closely with the Equity Finance team to develop interactions and synergies on secured financing. Increase the global book in a sustainable way to target diversified and recurring revenue. Optimize the global book position and the scarce resources (including cash consumption, liquidity ratios, balance sheet and replication). Participate in client franchise development with Sales team with a focus on added value content and alpha generation for clients including corporate actions and index event opportunities. In charge of process automation and digital transformation and IT implementation. Responsible for the book and risk management, PNL explanation and risk report. Must travel to client and Bank offices in the Americas and Europe.


Profile Required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Finance, Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Physics or a related field, 5 years of professional experience performing Delta One trading activities relating to pricing and trading LATAM Delta One products (including Futures on indices, ETFs and reverse conversions). Must also have all of the following: 3 years of professional experience in Delta One Market Making (including Futures, ETFs, sector and MSCI index swaps), index rebalancing, ETFs creation redemption, and long term risk management (including repo and dividend); 1 year of professional experience collaborating with an equity finance team on secured financing and working directly with a Sales team and Bank clients; 1 year of professional experience using C++ programing to effectively collaborate with quantitative programmers on process automation and IT implementation; any professional experience in performing a financial mathematical study, including back testing and statistical analysis; any professional experience in applying The HIRE Act in relation to trading Delta One products.
